Did you know that 95% of our decisions are unconscious?
Would you like to make more conscious decisions and cultivate calm and tranquility in your life?
Do you feel the need to find greater inner peace and practice mindfulness?

If you have never attended a Vipassana meditation retreat in silence, this may be your opportunity to accompany yourself in this process of observing things as they truly are.

Three days during which silence will become the tool to calm the mind, free it from judgment, and connect with a deeper experience.

This retreat is open to everyone who wishes to go deeper within themselves and find a space of silence, calm, and renewal. It is designed to offer you tools that will help you integrate meditation into your daily life.

Through Buddhist teachings, you will discover how to transform challenges into opportunities, release patterns of suffering, and walk with calm—even in the midst of chaos.

We often think of difficult situations as enemies, but beyond how they appear, they are an invitation to transform yourself, to change patterns that most of the time harm us and others. It is possible to walk with serenity in the middle of the storm, understanding and transforming everyday chaos.
This is what this retreat is about: through silence over three days and the practice of mindfulness combined with Buddhist teachings, you will learn about meditation, the inner workings of the mind, and how to clearly see what truly matters.

When you return home, you will be able to navigate each moment of daily life with inner peace and calm, no matter how challenging it may be.

The Buddha taught about the existence of suffering, pointing out how dissatisfaction, desire, and attachment to a self that is believed to be independently existing feed this cycle of pain. Yet he also gave us hope, showing that we can free ourselves from this cycle of suffering and attain liberation.

The profound Buddhist texts explored during these days speak to us about the dialogue between good and evil that takes place within our own minds. They reveal the various traps through which the mind deceives us, making us believe that we are thinking and acting in ways that help us, when in reality, far too often, they lead us astray—creating realities and experiences that cause suffering.
These teachings will help you unravel the seductive arguments of the mind itself, releasing burdens you have been carrying for a long time.

THE REATRET IS ONLY AVALAIBLE IN SPANISH
